BLCPL will be placing two memorial art benches at our Proctorville location. It is an opportunity for the library to participate in a community art project that enhances the quality of life for library users and strengthens community pride in Proctorville while offering the opportunity of memorializing citizens of Proctorville with a special connection to reading and library services.
