Sealed bids will be accepted at the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library Fiscal Officer’s Office until 3:00
p.m. September 2, 2026 for the sale of one 28 x 78 modular building unit with skirting, steps, and
handicap ramp. There is a minimum bid price of $5,000. Payment by cashier’s check. The unit is
currently located at 228 Pvt. Dr. 10010, Proctorville OH 45669 and can be viewed on August 25, 2026 at
